Smart stop displays show users which routes pass through their stop and how many minutes until arrival via LED screens. The system also provides audio announcements for elderly and low-literacy users, informing them about approaching vehicles. Announcements support Turkish and English, and can be configured in additional languages upon request.

The "When Will My Bus Arrive?" app allows passengers to instantly check the estimated arrival time of their bus via a mobile app, web browser, or SMS using a stop number or route information. Integrated with a GPS-based vehicle tracking system, the app provides real-time location data to minimize passenger waiting time at stops. The system also includes route-based path viewing, trip history, and statistical reports for peak hours.

The "How Do I Get There?" module lets passengers find the fastest route, the one with fewest transfers, or the shortest walking distance by entering their origin and destination. Covering all urban public transport lines and stops, the system provides step-by-step directions on an interactive map. Automatically updating journey times using real-time traffic and trip data, the app can also filter for accessible transport options.

In-vehicle passenger information displays are high-resolution LCD/LED panels mounted inside buses and rail vehicles. The screens show the next stop name, estimated arrival time, route map, and transfer information in real time. Integrated with the audio announcement system, they provide accessible information for visually impaired passengers as well. Through the content management system, municipal or operator announcements, weather information, and city events can also be displayed.

Bidirectional infrared or 3D sensors integrated at vehicle doors record the number of boarding and alighting passengers in real time. The collected data is transmitted to a central server and used for route-based ridership analysis, trip optimization, and capacity planning. Passengers can view the occupancy level of their expected bus via a mobile app or smart stop display to plan their travel accordingly. The system can also send alert notifications when maximum capacity is exceeded.

The interior and exterior announcement system provides audio information to passengers on public transport vehicles and at stops. Interior speakers automatically announce the next stop, route name, and general notices. Stop speakers relay approaching vehicles, estimated arrival times, and transfer information via audio. The system supports Turkish and English and can be configured in additional languages upon request. With TTS (Text-to-Speech) technology, text entered from the central software is automatically converted into announcements.

The IP camera system consists of high-resolution security cameras mounted inside public transport vehicles and at stops. In-vehicle cameras record 24/7 for passenger safety, potential security incidents, and accident documentation. Stop cameras support regional security and can be monitored live from a central control room. Equipped with night-vision capability and wide-angle lenses, the cameras deliver clear images in all lighting conditions. Recordings are stored in an encrypted cloud or local NVR system and made accessible to authorized personnel.
